It features an open core design for effective cooling and has a rugged black powder coated frame for mounting on a wall or ceiling. The topless 1000 watt ballast has heavy duty rubber feet to reduce vibration and noise as well as a universal wiring block allows for easy adaptability. For safety the ballast windings are completely wrapped with insulation material.
