The Galaxy Select A Watt 400 / 600 Ballast is one bad ass ballast. Its perfect for small garden spaces that use smaller lamps. This ballast can fire up 400 watt or 600 watt lamps - HPS or MH. Additional you can use a 600 watt on the "turbo" mode to super drive your 600 watt lamps output.

All Galaxy ballasts are known for being compact and cool running that runs nearly silent. Electronic ballasts are known for easier on the lamp thus extending its life.
