Regulator 800 LED Grow Light

Regulator 800 LED Grow Light is a new light that we came across. We dont have much info other than there might be 4 different models. These different models are targeted at different stages: seed start, root stimulation, strong veg growth, and flower / bloom. It seems like a lot of lights to buy if we understand this correctly.
