Alt Shipping Address

Grow Light Express will only ship to your credit cards billing address. We understand that this causes difficulty for many customers. We must keep our policy but there are TWO options…and a simple ones to!

Option # 1

This is the simplest option. Have your delivery held at your nearest FedEx or UPS facility for you to pick up. If you want to use this option please include the FULL address of the facility in the comments section during checkout.

Option # 2

1. Find your credit cards customer service number – usually on the back of your card.
2. Call that number.
3. Change your address for the card to the address your would like your order shipped (make sure to check what part of the billing cycle your in or you bill might go to the wrong place!).
4. Wait – depending on the bank it could be immediate or take a few days to have the change take effect.
5. Place your order.
6. Contact your bank again and change the billing address back!
7. That’s it…it works…customers do this all the time.

Additionally you may also be able to complete the changes online. For those of you with online banking this might be your easiest option. Please note we don’t know how long it takes for this change to become effective. When it works for you can you let us know so we can pass that info along to other customers? Thanks
