Checkout ProblemsIf you having problems checking out, our system generated errors may not be very helpful in determining whats going on. The two main pain points we commonly see are incorrect addresses and declines by your bank. We strongly recommend CONTACT YOUR BANK - everything is changing around credit card these days. You can verify your address as well as ask them whats going on. They have the ability to see the entire transaction and know why it was declined. We have seen many problems with banks making changes to customers accounts that effect the usage of the credit card. Your bank might have imposed stricter spending limits, implemented new fraud protection, or a whole bunch of other things. Basically if you credit card is denied by our system CALL YOU BANK!!! |
