Warranty Information

This page was created to assist with warranty issues. Please remember that we are here to assist you with your warranty claims.

Please check the chart below to see if your vendor is listed. If they are, contact them directly and have them help your determine if your item is having a problem or just needs an adjustments or calibration. Most of the manufacturers in the list below will handle their warranty repairs directly.

If your manufacturer is not listed below contact us directly (support@growlightexpress.com)and we will assist you.

The Basic Process if returned via GLX
Overall the warranty process takes roughly 1 - 4 weeks (sometimes longer depending on circumstances).

1. Report the problem to us via email at support@growlightexpress.com.
2. If its a product that will be returned to one of our fulfillment partners (primarily Sunlight Supply and their distributed products), we will initiate the required paperwork on your behalf and issue you a call tag.
3. Place this RMA tag to your carefully packaged shipment*.
4. Drop your shipment off at the nearest FedEx facility (it's postage is prepaid).
4. Once the item is received it will be inspected. Once its found to be defective and a credit its issued to us, we will initiate a replacement order to you. If you have worked with one of the vendors listed below and are returning it via us please get as much info as possible such as who you spoke with, a RMA / case number, etc.). Any omissions in this information will potentially delay this process.

* Make sure to carefully package anything sent back for warranty issues. If the product arrives damaged or in an otherwise un-testable (especially for very fragile items like light bulbs) no credit can be given.

All warranty shipments handled by Grow Light Express must have a RMA tag / freight sticker, provided by us, attached to the outside. No exceptions. Warranty on all items will be the manufacturers stated warranty. Please consult original packaging or literature for specifications.

In the event that a product is returned for warranty repair and is found to be in proper working order fees apply. YOU are responsible for freight both directions PLUS any applicable troubleshooting fees. Make sure to fully test the equipment prior to returning.

Out of warranty repairs:
For Sunlight products that are out of warranty the following rules apply:
1. All labor is charged $50.00 per hour
2. Your responsible for freight both ways
3. You will need to contact us for a RMA / Shipping tag.
